Daily work in a globalised world demands a lot of expertise and a strong commitment from our employees to tackle the multi-faceted, often very complex tasks together. In the process, high motivation of the individual, but also communication skills and team spirit are essential, because the work processes can only be tackled together.
We strive to support our employees as comprehensively as possible to make them feel comfortable at their workplace and happy working with us. A key factor for the well-being of an individual is one´s relationship with one´s colleagues with whom he/she works directly. Studies show that the majority of employees feel more comfortable at work when a good relationship with direct colleagues exists.
To make room for mutual understanding and exchange on a private level, we continually offer special events for our employees outside the normal work environment. We go skiing, undertake trips in nature together or take a cooking class. Shared memories of positive experiences and a better acquaintance of one´s counterpart creates familiarity and enhances the well-being of our employees – the human factor counts!
